Pilatus Marine Public Company Limited Holds 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
On Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Pilatus Marine Public Company Limited (the “Company” or “PLT”) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders exclusively via electronic means (E-AGM), in accordance with the Royal Decree on Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (2020) and the Notification of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society regarding Standards for Maintaining Security of Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (2020), as well as other relevant laws and regulations.
The meeting was broadcast live from Bangkok Room 3, M Floor, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok. The Company recorded the meeting in both video and audio formats to ensure transparency and accountability.
